1. App Description & Requirements
Blood Pressure Tracker is a standalone software application designed for local recording, statistical tracking, and visual chart display of personal blood pressure and pulse readings on Android devices. Hardware capabilities and local storage availability depend on your local Android device.
2. Important Medical Disclaimer
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
- Blood Pressure Tracker is strictly an informational record-keeping and chart visualization utility.
- The Application does NOT measure blood pressure, pulse rate, or physiological conditions directly. It requires manual input or imported values.
- The Application does NOT provide medical diagnoses, clinical evaluations, treatment guidelines, or healthcare advice.
- The contents, category charts, and statistical summaries within the Application are for personal informational reference only.
- Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical treatment because of information recorded or displayed in the Application. Always consult a certified physician or healthcare professional for medical questions.
3. License Grant & Restrictions
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use Blood Pressure Tracker solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on your Android device. You agree not to:
- Modify, copy, adapt, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any binary code, source code, or UI elements of the Application.

Blood Pressure Tracker runs locally on your device. We do not host remote databases or cloud sync endpoints. All recorded logs and configurations remain in your custody on your local device. You are solely responsible for exporting, backing up, or safeguarding your data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device malfunction, operating system updates, or uninstallation.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, App Rockers DOO, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to health decisions, reliance on displayed data, or loss of device storage records.

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Application shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Podgorica, Montenegro.
