Terms of Service

Welcome to SonicSlicer (the "Application"), a voice recorder and waveform editing mobile application. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Application. The Application is developed and operated under the brand Parse of Mind by App Rockers DOO ("we", "us", or "our"), a registered software company based in Podgorica, Montenegro.

By installing or using SonicSlicer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Application.

1. App Description & Requirements

SonicSlicer is a standalone, utility application designed to run entirely locally on compatible Android devices. It allows users to record audio inputs, visualize audio files as graphic waveforms, trim segments, and organize saved files. System CPU and physical hardware requirements depend on your local hardware device capabilities.

2. License Grant & Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes on your owned hardware. You may not: reverse engineer, copy, distribute, modify, lease, or commercially exploit any software files, UI layouts, or binary assets of the Application.

3. Data & Device Security

SonicSlicer is engineered as a standalone utility. We do not maintain any cloud databases or user synchronization endpoints. All your sound files, configurations, and edited content remain exclusively in your custody on your local device. You are solely responsible for backing up, securing, and managing your audio library. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from hardware failure, software uninstallation, or system modification.

4. No Warranties (As-Is)

The Application is provided "As Is" and "As Available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to compatibility, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free execution. We do not warrant that all hardware devices will support local waveform rendering or audio decoding seamlessly.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, App Rockers DOO shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to loss of recordings, device malfunctions, or data security events outside our system sandboxing.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the Application shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Podgorica, Montenegro.
